Are you members of any governing body?

DTV Aerials is a member of the RDI-LB (Registered Digital Installers Licensing Body). The RDI-LB provides codes of practice and standards of care that must be adhered to at all times.

Are you fully insured to work at my home?

DTV Aerials is fully insured for every eventuality. For your peace of mind, we have £5 million public liability cover.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we give a 12 month guarantee on all equipment we supply and install.

Do you provide free quotes?

For new aerial installations or new television points we visit the site to estimate the work required and provide a quote there and then.

Can I get Freeview in my area?

The west TV region has digital TV but you can check your address by going to www.digitaluk.co.uk and entering your postcode. You will have to have a serviceable and correctly installed TV aerial for your local transmitter to get Freeview. The postcode checker will give you an indication the reception you should expect.

Will I know the exact cost when booking?

We will provide you with impartial advice on suitable systems for your home and needs. Because each installtion is different, with many factors unique to each location, affecting signal levels and the installation requirements, we cannot give the exact cost over the phone. We can however provide you with our pricing structure prior to making an appointment for an installation engineer to visit. For new aerial installations, we provide a free on site no obligation estimate.

Can you put the aerial in my loft?

Yes, as long as the signal is strong enough the aerial can be place in the loft. Satellite dishes cannot be installed internally, as this would block the signal.

Will I have a lot of wires through my home?

We will always discuss the location of cables with you before we start, in most cases cables can be hidden.

Will you work at a time that suits me?

Yes! We are available seven days a week and will always fit in around our customers needs.

How long do I have to pay?

Payment is strictly on completion of the work being carried out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, debit and credit cards.
